YUSUF S. ANSARI

Yusuf Ansari is a dedicated attorney who is passionate about helping clients understand the legal process and achieve positive outcomes. He specializes in commercial litigation and personal injury.  Yusuf is committed to providing sound legal advice and guidance to his clients, as well as an effective and assertive approach to representation in the courtroom.

While working with Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC, Yusuf Ansari served multiple clients and successfully defended corporate entities, associations, property owners, representatives, board of directors, and individuals in trial and depositions. He has a strong background in litigating disputes and protecting his clients' interests in the courtroom. Yusuf also has extensive experience working with banking and financial institutions, for example while at Hirsch & Westheimer his practice included issues of lender liability, electronic payment systems, secured transactions, negotiable instruments, fund transfers, and commercial and consumer account disputes, as well as general commercial litigation.

 

Presently, he provides valuable counsel to multiple entities on compliance and other legal matters. Prior to this, Yusuf focused on a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on personal injury. He gained valuable courtroom experience, frequently arguing motions to the bench and jury trials as lead counsel.

Yusuf received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He also served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Marvin Isgur at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, which provided him with a solid foundation in the legal field.
